Based our intro session/conversation, we start to understand exactly what is keeping you from your best life. After a thorough discussion about your past and what is not working for you in your present we can start to create a plan to for the new you! We then develop a weekly plan to create some real goals and discuss how to implement new strategies to provide you with a more clear path towards the new and improved you! (Insurance not accepted).

• 2 times per month
• 50 minute sessions
This package is for you if you feel clear about your path and where you need to go. We have already developed a plan and you feel very confident about your choices and new habits. If you want to feel supported and connected two times a month to remain certain about your progress, let's talk twice a month. (Insurance not accepted).

• 4 sessions per month
• 50 minute sessions
Every week we meet to discuss how you've implemented the goals we've established for you. This is probably the most beneficial aspect of coaching because there is real accountability. We discuss what may be really working well, what is easy, and I will always remind you of why you have to keep moving forward even when situations become difficult. (Insurance not accepted).
30 minutes
Do you need immediate support and a quick dose of Annergy? If you are having a moment or a day where you feel suddenly lost or confused, I can quickly help to realign you and set you back on course with energy, enthusiasm and a smile. Same day or immediate response if possible - every effort will be made! (Insurance not accepted).
20 minutes
Sometimes participants are left with questions after one of my group events, meetings, workshops or classes. I can help you understand and absorb the material completely and provide direct answers to your personal questions, if needed. Let’s wrap up loose ends and see where it take us!
